RE: Browser Issues with Joomla Site
Best solution: Get FireFox ( http://www.firefox.com/ )

Internet Explorer is another great failure of Windows. Went to FireFox and never thought twice of going back.

Any input on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

It might help if you post your website URL.

Also, if it opens in another browser, try disabling/uninstalling addons IE uses, one at a time, starting with your anti-virus (and remembering to turn it back on after), and see which one causes your site to load up properly.
I want to know which is best between wordpress and Joomla?
After doing this, you can diagnose the problem appropriately.

The site is:

http://mommunity.atbhost.net/home/

Only the home page is at issue. I don't want users of the site to have to jump through hoops to see it correctly. IE 8 has the same result:

<!--[endif]-->

Not ideal, since a number of users choose this browser. Guess maybe I need to let them know not to visit with an IE browser. Firefox and Safari work just fine.
