Pingomatic etc. seems like very nice services, however how does Google react to these? Also, I just had a very quick look at pingomatic only and it seems it is only for blogs. Does it work for normal static websites as well? If it does that would be really really awesome!

It is not really good, a lot of dead site. 404, 500, bad gateway, sold domain, The page cannot be found, ..., ... Huh

Only some links is work.

You don't need all 663 backlinks to get indexed into Google, even if you get 10 or 20 backlinks you will get indexed.

If you look at the website the site get backlinks from then you wouldn't think it is suspicious because most of them are from Whois websites, Website Worth, Website Traffic etc.
